1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Simple BTC Ticker app for iPhone and Apple Watch provided by youcloud GmbH (the “App”). It explains what information is processed when you use the App and how your privacy is protected.
It does not apply to Apple’s App Store, operating systems, devices, or independent third-party services. Their respective privacy policies apply.

3. Collection of personal data
youcloud does not collect or store personal data through the App and does not create profiles. The App requires no account and uses no advertising, analytics services, cross-app tracking, tracking technologies, or third-party advertising identifiers.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, payment information, or other identifying details.
4. How the App works
Public information. The App connects to the internet only when needed to retrieve and display publicly available price and Bitcoin network information. youcloud does not use these requests to identify people, create profiles, or track activity across apps or websites.
As with any internet connection, network operators and data providers may temporarily process ordinary technical details such as an IP address, request time, and device or connection information. These independent providers are responsible for that processing.
Locally stored information. Settings required for the App may be stored locally on your device. They are not sent to youcloud and can be removed in the settings or by deleting the App.
5. Sharing, sale, and retention
Because youcloud does not collect personal data through the App, such data is not sold, rented, shared, or retained. We do not disclose personal data for advertising or marketing.
Information would be disclosed only if required by law. Because the App sends no personal data to youcloud, we generally hold no App-user data that could be disclosed.
6. Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults. It contains no targeted advertising, behavioural profiling, or features that request personal information.
7. Security
The App is designed around data minimisation. Internet communication is protected by the security mechanisms of the operating system and contacted services. No electronic transmission is entirely risk-free, but not collecting personal data substantially reduces privacy risks.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may grant rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Since youcloud collects no personal App data, we generally have no usage data that can be linked to you.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the App, the law, or our practices change. The current version is always available at this URL. If a future App version collects personal data, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before processing begins.
